Submission of application for the concurrence of unauthorized Educational Institutions

PRESS RELEASE

         Guidelines have been issued vide G.O.Ms.No.76, Housing and Urban Development department dated: 14.6.2018 for grant of concurrence for educational institutional buildings constructed and functioning before 1.1.2011 in non-plan areas. The stay order issued by the Madras High Court, Chennai which prevented grant of concurrence for the applications received online during the period of 3 months from 14.6.2018 to 13.09.2018, has been vacated by the court in its order dated: 10.02.2021 in Writ Appeals no.233/2019 etc. 

        As per this order of the court those who have already applied under the scheme may approach the concerned District Town and Country Planning office to obtain concurrence by submitting relevant details. In the said order, the court has also given two weeks time to register applications under the scheme as another opportunity to those who have missed submission of applications earlier opportunity. 

        The Election Commission of India has offered no objection from the Model Code of Conduct angle to receive fresh applications online under the scheme and to issue a press release regarding this matter. Further, it is also informed that those who are interested to obtain concurrence under this scheme may register application in two weeks’ time from 22.3.2021 to 4.4.2021 in the website: www.tn.gov.in/tcp. It is requested to utilize this one time rare opportunity.

Re-issue of 6.73% Tamil Nadu State Development Loan 2030

      Government of Tamil Nadu has announced the Re-issue of 6.73% Tamil Nadu State Development Loan 2030 in the form of Stock to the Public by auction for an aggregate amount of Rs.977.00 crore. The auction will be conducted by the Reserve Bank of India at its Mumbai Office, Fort, Mumbai, on March 23, 2021. Competitive bids between 10.30 A.M. and 11.30 A.M. and non-competitive bids between 10.30 A.M. and 11.00 A.M. shall be submitted electronically on the Reserve Bank of India Core Banking Solution (E-Kuber) System on March 23, 2021.

After the conduct of two phases of counseling for admission to BNYS Medical Degree Course in one Govt. and Seventeen Self-Financing Yoga & Naturopathy Medical Colleges 597 seats are lying vacant in Self-Financing Yoga and Naturopathy Medical Colleges for the academic year 2020-21. A walk-in Counseling is going to be held on 11.03.2021 at 02.00 PM at Selection Committee office, Directorate of Indian Medicine and Homoeopathy, Chennai-106 for filling up of the below mentioned vacancies

All the candidates who abstained during the earlier phases of counseling, belated applicants, missed out candidates etc., can avail this opportunity and shall apply freshly by downloading the Application Form from our official website: “www.tnhealth.tn.gov.in” and shall submit the filled in application along with application cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) in cash between 08.00 a.m. to 12.00 Noon on 11.03.2021 at Selection Committee office, Directorate of Indian Medicine and Homoeopathy, Chennai-106 IN PERSON ONLY. Applications will NOT be accepted after 12.00 Noon on that day.


    General Merit list will be arrived at and declared at around 01.30 pm after thorough scrutiny of the original testimonials on the same day and counseling will be held at 02.00 PM on the same day and allotments will be made based on general merit list applying rule of reservation and all relevant rules and regulations that find place in the Prospectus for BNYS course 2020- 2021 academic session will also apply.
