மாண்புமிகு தமிழ்நாடு முதலமைச்சர்‌ திரு.மு.க.ஸ்டாலின்‌ அவர்கள்‌, மாண்புமிகு இந்தியப்‌ பிரதமர்‌ மற்றும்‌ ஒன்றிய வேளாண்மைத்துறை அமைச்சர்‌ அவர்களுக்கு, 28- 7- 2021 அன்று எழுதியுள்ள கடிதத்தில்‌, பிரதம மந்திரியின்‌ பயிர்க்‌ காப்பீட்டுத்‌ திட்டத்தின்கீழ்‌ காப்பீட்டுக்‌ கட்டணத்தில்‌ ஒன்றிய அரசின்‌ பங்களிப்பினைக்‌ குறைக்கும்‌ வகையில்‌, உயர்ந்தபட்ச விகிதத்தை நிர்ணயிக்கும்‌ முறையை நீக்கி, மாநிலத்தில்‌ உள்ள விவசாயிகளின்‌ நலனைக்‌ கருத்தில்கொண்டு, முன்பு இருந்தபடி 49:49:2 என்ற விகிதத்தில்‌ காப்பீட்டுக்‌ கட்டணப்‌ பங்கினைத்‌ திரும்ப மாற்றியமைக்க வேண்டும்‌ என்று வலியுறுத்தியுள்ளார்‌.

வேளாண்‌ துறையில்‌ விவசாயிகளின்‌ பொருளாதாரத்தினை மேம்படுத்தும்‌ நோக்கில்‌, வேளாண்மை மற்றும்‌ உழவர்‌ நலத்துறை எனப்‌ பெயர்‌ மாற்றம்‌ செய்யப்பட்டுப்‌ பல்வேறு நடவடிக்கைகள்‌ மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டு வருகின்றன என்று தனது கடிதத்தில்‌ குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள மாண்புமிகு முதலமைச்சர்‌ அவர்கள்‌, தமிழ்நாட்டில்‌ சாகுபடிப்‌ பரப்பளவினை அதிகரித்தல்‌, ஒரு முறைக்கும்‌ மேல்‌ சாகுபடி செய்யும்‌ பரப்பினை இரட்டிப்பாக்குதல்‌ மற்றும்‌ உணவு தானியங்களின்‌ உற்பத்தித்‌ திறனை அதிகரித்தல்‌ ஆகிய மூன்று தொலைநோக்குப்‌ பார்வையுடன்‌ வேளாண்மைக்கெனத்‌ தனி வரவு- செலவுத்‌ திட்ட அறிக்கையை நடப்பாண்டு முதல்‌ தாக்கல்‌ செய்யத்‌ திட்டமிட்டுள்ளதாகவும்‌ குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளார்‌.

 Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI) National, is an apex body representing and uniting the Developers fraternity across the nation.

An integral part of the CREDAI National, CREDAI Tamilnadu is a chapter representing the State of TamilNadu. An association representing the five significant city chapters of the State viz. Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai , Erode and Trichy with a total membership strength of over 294 active associates, augmenting the common interest of the developers fraternity.

பயன்பாட்டில்‌ இல்லாத குவாரிகளைக்‌ கண்டறிந்து, வாய்ப்புள்ள இடங்களில்‌ அக்குவாரிகளை மழைநீர்‌ சேகரிப்பு அமைப்புகளாக மாற்றி பொதுமக்களின்‌ பயன்பாட்டிற்குக்‌ கொண்டு வரவும்‌, பொதுமக்கள்‌ மற்றும்‌ கால்நடைகளுக்குப்‌ பாதிப்பு விளைவிப்பதாக உள்ள பயனற்ற கல்குவாரிகளை மறுசீரமைப்பு செய்து, பாதுகாப்பினை உறுதி செய்ய நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டும்‌ என்றும்‌ அறிவுறுத்தினார்‌.

1) கொரோனா பெருந்தொற்றுக்‌ காரணமாக வாழ்வாதாரம்‌ பாதிக்கப்பட்ட மக்களுக்கு உதவிடும்‌ வகையில்‌ மே 15, 2021 முதல்‌, முதல்‌ தவணையாக ரூ.2000/- மற்றும்‌ ஜுன்‌ 15, 2021 முதல்‌ ரூ.2000/- ஆக மொத்தம்‌ ரூ.4000/- உதவித்தொகை, அரிசி பெறும்‌ குடும்ப அட்டைதாரர்களுக்குத்‌ தொடர்ந்து விநியோகம்‌ செய்யப்பட்டு வருகிறது. மேலும்‌, இக்குடும்பங்களுக்கு முழு ஊரடங்கின்போது தேவைப்படும்‌ மளிகைப்‌ பொருட்கள்‌ வழங்கிடும்‌ பொருட்டு 14 மளிகைப்‌ பொருட்கள்‌ அடங்கிய தொகுப்புப்‌ பையினை ஜுன்‌ 15ஆம்‌ தேதி முதல்‌ அரிசி பெறும்‌ குடும்ப அட்டைதாரர்களுக்கு நியாயவிலைக்‌ கடைகள்‌ வாயிலாக வழங்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது.

2) 99 சதவீதத்திற்கும்‌ மேலாக அட்டைதாரர்கள்‌ தற்பொழுது நிவாரணத்தொகை மற்றும்‌ மளிகைப்‌ பொருட்கள்‌ தொகுப்பினைப்‌ பெற்றுள்ள நிலையில்‌, இதுவரை பெறாதோர்‌ 31.07.2021க்குள்‌ அவர்களுக்குரிய பொது விநியோகத்திட்ட அங்காடிகளில்‌ பெற்றுக்கொள்ளக்‌ கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறார்கள்‌. கொரோனா பாதிப்பு மற்றும்‌ இதர காரணங்களால்‌31.07.2021க்குள்‌ பெற இயலாத, 15.06.2021 அன்றைய தேதியில்‌ தகுதியுடன்‌ இருந்த, அரிசி குடும்ப அட்டைதாரர்களுக்கு 01.08.2021 முதல்‌ மாவட்ட வழங்கல்‌ அலுவலர்‌ நிலையிலான அலுவலரிடம்‌ நியாயவிலைக்‌ கடை மூலமாகத்‌ தகவல்‌ தெரிவித்து அனுமதிபெற்று அதன்பின்‌ அவர்களுக்கு உரிய நியாயவிலைக்‌ கடையிலிருந்தே வழங்கும்‌ முறை பின்பற்றப்படும்‌.

3) நிகழும்‌ 2021ஆம்‌ ஆண்டு மே 10 முதல்‌ புதிய குடும்ப அட்டைக்கு விண்ணப்பித்த சற்றேறக்குறைய மூன்று இலட்சம்‌ மனுதாரர்களுக்குக்‌ குடும்ப அட்டைகள்‌ அச்சிட்டு வழங்கப்பட்டு வருகின்றன. இக்குடும்ப அட்டைதாரர்கள்‌ 01.08.2021 முதல்‌ இவர்களுக்கு ஒதுக்கப்பட்ட கடைகளில்‌ ரேசன்‌ பொருட்களைத்‌ தொடர்ந்து பெற வழிவகை செய்யத்‌ தேவையான தொழில்நுட்ப ஏற்பாடுகள்‌ செய்யப்பட்டு வருகின்றன. ஆதலால்‌, புதிய குடும்ப அட்டைதாரர்கள்‌ 2021 ஆகஸ்ட்‌ முதல்‌ வாரத்திலிருந்து இன்றியமையாப்‌ பொருட்களைத்‌ தங்குதடையின்றிப்‌ பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம்‌.

4) அட்டைதாரர்கள்‌ அனைவரும்‌ கொரோனா நோய்த்‌ தொற்று தீரும்‌ வரை முகக்கவசம்‌ அணிந்து, தனி மனித இடைவெளியினைப்‌ பின்பற்றி, அவசியத்‌ தேவையின்றிப்‌ பொது வெளிக்கு வராமல்‌ தங்களையும்‌ காத்து சமூகத்தினையும்‌ காத்து கொரோனா தொற்றினை வென்றிடுவோம்‌.

CM Inaugurated New Projects and Signed MoUs with 35 companies.

  Honble Chief Minister inaugurated the completed projects, laid foundation stone for the new projects and MoUs were signed with 35 companies in the Investors Conclave organized by the Industries Department.

Today, (20.7.2021), the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thiru M.K. Stalin participated in the Investors Conclave organized by the Industries Department in ITC Grand Chola. During the event, 35 MoUs were exchanged with a cumulative investment of Rs. 17,141 crores and employment opportunities to 55,054 persons.

The Hon’ble Chief Minister also laid the foundation stone for 9 projects with an investment commitment of Rs. 4,250 crores and employment opportunities to 21,630 persons.

Apart from this, the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu also inaugurated 5 projects with an investment commitment of Rs. 7,117 crores and employment opportunities to 6,798 persons.

The total investment committed in the above 49 projects is Rs. 28,508 crores and employment opportunities to 83,482 persons.

 தமிழ்நாடு வணிகர்‌ நல வாரியத்தில்‌ மூன்று மாதத்திற்கு இலவச நிரந்தர உறுப்பினருக்கான சேர்க்கை.

Free Online enrolment of Traders for Three Months on Tamil Nadu Traders Welfare Board (TNTWB).

வணிகப்‌ பெருமக்களின்‌ நலனுக்காக இந்தியாவிலேயே முதன்‌ முதலாகத்‌ “தமிழ்நாடு வணிகர்‌ நல வாரியம்‌” என்ற அமைப்பு தமிழ்நாடு வணிகவரித்‌ துறையில்‌ 1989- ஆம்‌ ஆண்டு தோற்றுவிக்கப்பட்டது.

வணிகர்‌ நல வாரிய உறுப்பினர்களின்‌ நலனைக்‌ கருத்தில்‌ கொண்டு கீழ்க்கண்ட ஏழு வகையான நலத்திட்டங்களைச்‌ செயல்படுத்தி வருகிறது:- 1. குடும்பநல உதவி 2. மருத்துவ உதவி 3. கல்வி உதவி 4. விளையாட்டுப்‌ போட்டி 5. தீவிபத்து 6. நலிவுற்ற வனரிகர்களுக்கு நிதி உதவி 7. சிறப்பான மாணவர்களுக்கு ஊக்கத்தொகை.

மேற்கூறிய நலத்திட்டங்கள்‌ மூலம்‌ 1989- ஆம்‌ ஆண்டு முதல்‌ 31.05.2021 வரை பயனடைந்தோர்‌ 8,873 உறுப்பினர்கள்‌. இதுவரை செலவிடப்பட்‌। மொத்ததொகை ரூ.3,05,73,000/- . மாண்புமிகு வணிகவரி மற்றும்‌ பதிவுத்துறை அமைச்சர்‌ அவர்களால்‌ 16.06.2021- யில்‌ தமிழ்நாடு வணிகவரித்‌ துறையின்‌ கீழ்‌ செயல்படும்‌ தமிழ்நாடு வணிகர்‌ நல வாரியத்தில்‌ உறுப்பினராக சேர வணிகர்களுக்கு இணையவழி வசதி சேவை தொடங்கி  வைக்கப்பட்டது (http://www.tn.gov.in./tntwb/tamil) or https://ctd.tn.gov.in.  வணிகர்கள்‌ இந்த இணையவழி சேவையினை எங்கிருந்தும்‌ பயன்படுத்திக்கொள்ளலாம்‌. மேலும்‌, இணையவழியில்‌ பதிவு செய்ய சிரமம்‌ ஏற்படின்‌, அருகில்‌ உள்ள வணிகவரி வரிவிதிப்பு அலுவலகத்தை அணுகி தங்களின்‌ பதிவை மேற்கொள்ளலாம்‌. இதற்கு வரிவிதிப்பு அலுவலத்தில்‌ இணையம்‌ சார்ந்த சேவை வசதி ஏற்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.

வணிகர்கள்‌ இந்த இணையம்‌ சார்ந்த சேவையினை பயன்படுத்த சிரமம்‌ இருப்பின்‌ அருகில்‌ உள்ள வரிவிதிப்பு அலுவலகங்களின்‌ உறுப்பினர்‌ சேர்க்கைக்கான படிவம்‌ பெற்று பூர்த்தி செய்து உரிய இணைப்புகளுடன்‌ நேரிடையாகவும்‌ சமர்ப்பிக்கலாம்‌.

மாண்புமிகு தமிழ்நாடு முதலமைச்சர்‌ அவர்கள்‌ வணிகர்‌ நல வாரியத்தை சீரமைத்து உறுப்பினர்‌ சேர்க்கையை செம்மைப்படுத்தி திறம்பட செயல்படும்‌ வகையில்‌ சிறு மற்றும்‌ குறு வணிகர்களின்‌  வாழ்வாதாரத்திற்கு உறுதுணையாக இந்த வாரியத்தின்‌ மூலம்‌ நலத்திட்டங்களை செயல்படுத்த ஏதுவாக சரக்கு மற்றும்‌ சேவை வரி (GST) சட்டத்தில்‌ பதிவு பெற்று “விற்று முதல்‌ அளவு” (Turn Over)‌ ரூ.40,00,000/- (ரூபாய்‌ நாற்பது இலட்சம்‌ மட்டும்‌) உட்பட்ட சிறு வணிகர்கள்‌ மற்றும்‌ சரக்கு மற்றும்‌ சேவை வரி (GST) சட்டத்தின்‌ கீழ்‌ பதிவு பெறாத குறு வணிகர்கள்‌ இந்த வாரியத்தில்‌ உறுப்பினர்களாக சேர, சேர்க்கைக்‌ கட்டணத்‌ தொகையான ரூ.500/- ஐ வசூலிப்பதிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்கு 15.07.2021 முதல்‌ விலக்களித்து ஆணையிட்டுள்ளார்‌.

எனவே வணிகர்கள்‌, தமிழ்நாடு வணிகர்‌ நல வாரியத்தில்‌ உறுப்பினராக பதிவு செய்து பயன்பெற கேட்டுக்‌ கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

The State Level Workshop on Sustainable Development Goals India Index 2020-21 and Multidimensional Poverty Index was held on 12th and 13th July 2021 at Old Conference Hall, Secretariat and hosted by the Planning and Development Department in collaboration with NITI Aayog. 

The NITI Aayog Team Headed by Ms. Sanyukta Samaddar I.A.S., Adviser SDG along with officials of NITI Aayog participated in the workshop. The meeting was chaired by Thiru. Vikram Kapur, I.A.S., Additional Chief Secretary, Planning and Development Department with the participation of Additional Chief Secretaries /Principal Secretaries/Secretaries of the stake holder departments and in virtual mode by several Heads of Departments and District Collectors. During the meeting the Adviser, NITI Aayog handed over a copy of the recently released SDG India Index 2020-21 to the Additional Chief Secretary, Planning and Development Department and the Department of Economics and Statistics released a document - Tamil Nadu SDG Fact Sheet 2020 and the first copy was handed over to the Adviser, SDG from NITI Aayog.

Additional Chief Secretary, Planning and Development Department in his keynote address informed about the State’s commitment towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.

He further highlighted the fundamental principle of the Government of Tamil Nadu, viz., “Everything for Everyone” and informed that the Vision of the Hon’ble Chief Minister is for achieving holistic development of the State especially in 7 major sectors, viz., Economy, Agriculture, Drinking Water, Education, Urban Development, Rural Infrastructure and Social Justice in the next 10 years, which is in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals.

Ms. Sanyukta Samaddar, I.A.S., NITI Aayog presented Tamil Nadu’s progress on the SDG India Index 2020-21 and highlighted the areas of focus to accelerate Tamil Nadu’s consistent march towards achieving the SDGs. The Secretaries and officials representing the departments expressed their views on the indicators used in the SDG India Index with respect to their departments. The first day’s session ended with the concluding remarks of the Principal Secretary/Commissioner, Department of Economics and Statistics.

On the second day, the discussion was on the Multidimensional Poverty Index (MPI), its indicators, computational methodology, scores for India, Tamil Nadu and its districts. The Adviser, SDG, NITI Aayog informed that the National MPI is expected to be released by August 2021. During the meeting the line departments expressed their views on the parameters identified under MPI. The workshop ended with a vote of thanks by the Member Secretary, State Development Policy Council.

     “உச்சநீதிமன்றத்‌ தீர்ப்பின்படி, காவிரியின்‌ கீழ்ப்படுகை மாநிலங்களின்‌, முன்‌ அனுமதியைப்‌ பெறாமல்‌ மேகதாதுவில்‌ எந்தவொரு கட்டுமானப்‌ பணியையும்‌ மேற்கொள்ளக்‌ கூடாது. அதை மீறி, தற்பொழுது மேகதாதுவில்‌ அணை கட்டுவதற்கான முயற்சிகளை கர்நாடக அரசு முழு முனைப்புடன்‌ செய்து வருவது மிகவும்‌ கண்டனத்திற்குரியது. இத்திட்டத்தினால்‌ தமிழ்நாடு விவசாயிகளுக்குத்‌ தேவையான நீர்‌ கிடைப்பது பாதிப்படையும்‌. உச்ச நீதிமன்றத்‌ தீர்ப்பிற்கு எதிரான இத்தகைய முயற்சி, இந்திய அரசியலமைப்புச்‌ சட்டத்தின்‌ மாட்சிமைக்கு விடப்படும்‌ சவாலாகும்‌. எனவே, கர்நாடக அரசின்‌ இத்திட்டத்திற்கு, இதில்‌ தொடர்புடைய ஒன்றிய அரசின்‌ அமைச்சகங்கள்‌ எவ்விதமான அனுமதிகளையும்‌ வழங்கக்‌ கூடாது என ஒன்றிய அரசைக்‌ கேட்டுக்கொள்வது.

Hon’ble Minister for Finance and Human Resources Management Dr. Palanivel Thiaga Rajan and Hon’ble Minister for Information Technology Thiru.T.Mano Thangaraj launched new website to CMPRF in Secretariat, Chennai today (09.07.2021).

Honourable Chief Minister made a personal Appeal on 11-5-2021to the people of Tamil Nadu to donate generously to the Chief Minister’s Public Relief Fund to protect the lives and livelihood of the people and also to ease immense stress on State’s health infrastructure during the second wave of Covid-19 pandemic period.

To facilitate easy access for donors, the Government of TamilNadu has launched a new website,availing the services of the Tamil Nadu eGovernance Agency. Individuals can now contribute generously to CMPRF through this website via Internet Banking, Domestic Debit & Credit Cards and UPI interface etc.

Corporate entities and associations of persons can also make payments through similar methods. Companies can contribute from their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds to the Tamil Nadu State Disaster Management Authority through the designatedwebsite. Donors will get online receipts for the donations made through this website. The donations received from donors through this website are hosted on the website on a day by day basis.

Donations made to CMPRF are100% eligible for exemption under Section 80 (G) of Income Tax Act, 1961.

Public/Donors can visit the Chief Minister’s Public Relief Fund Website https://cmprf.tn.gov.in/ to make their contributions. Tamil Nadu is but a tiny speck in the vast wide globe. The State Government of this little speck constituted an Advisory Council, and 5 persons of your eminence agreed to join the Council. As the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, at the outset, I thank each one of you for having consented to join the Advisory Council. Your knowledge is extensive; your expertise is celebrated globally P.R.No.419 Date:09.07.2021 and your services have been availed of by the entire world. This Government is fully aware of this.

At a time of such a severe crisis, you have accepted our invitation and joined the Economic Advisory Council. I whole heartedly thank each one of you.

Growth which includes all communities! Growth which covers all districts! Growth which includes all sections of the society! This is the Dravidian Model. I wish to see Tamil Nadu grow in this inclusive fashion. You have been invited to show us the way to achieve this goal.

• Please give us general policy advice on matters of the economy and social policy.
• Please give us your suggestions and recommendations on social justice and human development.
• How do we provide equal opportunities for women and the oppressed?
• Please give us suggestions on how to enhance the economic growth of the State, employment and productivity.

We are all currently in different countries. Had it not been for the Covid-19 pandemic, we could have met and interacted in person. Once the pandemic abates, I look forward to meeting you all in person.

I am aware that these dreams cannot be easily realized. I am also aware that what we are contemplating and what is the reality today are different.

The Government of Tamil Nadu has a debt of more than Rs.5 lakh crores. The Public Sector Undertakings of the State have an outstanding debt of Rs.2 lakh crores. Financial resources are being raised only by a few departments that can be counted on the fingers of one hand. The State‟s autonomy in taxation has been taken away by the Union Government through GST. Hence, we cannot rely only on taxation measures.

Industrial development, social transformation, educational attainment, all need to happen at the same time. Growth cannot just be economic growth, but needs to be social progress as well. Economy, education, society, thinking and action all five need to progress. That is the growth Periyar, Anna and Kalaignar wanted to see. That is the Dravidian model of growth.

My Government needs to transform Tamil Nadu into the most favoured industrial investment destination in South Eastern Asia. We should be the State that provides high quality human resources to the whole world. We have to eliminate not justeconomic inequality, but social inequality as well. Tamil Nadu should become the model State in India which other States would seek to emulate. You have to give us advice to make this happen.

These dreams of mine cannot be realized through ordinary reforms. I am aware that only through a total and dramatic transformation will my dream be realized. Let me assure you that Government of Tamil Nadu is prepared to do whatever it takes. Today is an important day. I do not have to recall the renowned economist Dr. Amartya Sen to you. His book “Home in the World” about his life story was released earlier today. In it he asks:- “How do we measure whether a society is functioning well?” and responds “It can be measured through the welfare of the individuals who have created the society”.

That is what my Government desires as well. I want every single person in Tamil Nadu to celebrate and proudly proclaim, “This is my Government”.

I request you to be partners in realizing this dream. We will continue to meet, we will deliberate and we will create a prosperous Tamil Nadu.
