திருப்பூர் மாவட்டம், அமராவதி அணையிலிருந்து, திருப்பூர் மற்றும் கரூர் மாவட்டங்களில் உள்ள பழைய மற்றும் புதிய பாசனப் பகுதிகளுக்கு பாசனத்திற்காக தண்ணீர் திறந்துவிடக் கோரி அமராவதி பிரதானக் கால்வாய் கிராம நீரினைப் பயன்படுத்துவோர் சங்கம் மற்றும் அமராவதி கூட்டுறவு சர்க்கரை ஆலை கரும்பு பயிரிடுவோர் சங்கத்தினர் உள்ளிட்ட வேளாண் பெருங்குடி மக்களிடமிருந்து எனக்கு கோரிக்கைகள் வந்துள்ளன. வேளாண் பெருமக்களின் வேண்டுகோளினை ஏற்று, திருப்பூர் மாவட்டம், அமராவதி அணையிலிருந்து, திருப்பூர் மற்றும் கரூர் மாவட்டங்களில் உள்ள பழைய மற்றும் புதிய பாசனப் பகுதிகளுக்கு 19.9.2015 முதல் தண்ணீர் திறந்துவிட நான் ஆணையிட்டுள்ளேன். இதனால், திருப்பூர் மற்றும் கரூர் மாவட்டங்களில் உள்ள 47,117 ஏக்கர்நிலங்கள் பாசன வசதி பெறும் என்பதை நான் மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறேன்.

“முன்னவனே யானை முகத்தவனே” என்று மக்களால் போற்றி வணங்கப்படும் விநாயகப் பெருமானின் திருஅவதாரத் திருநாளான விநாயகர் சதுர்த்தி திருநாளை மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் கொண்டாடும் அனைவருக்கும் எனது நெஞ்சார்ந்த விநாயகர் சதுர்த்தி நல்வாழ்த்துகளைத் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறேன்.

“கணபதி என்றிடக் கலங்கும் வல்வினை
கணபதி என்றிடக் காலனும் கைதொழும்
கணபதி என்றிடல் கருமம் ஆதலால்

என்ற திருமந்திரத்தில், கணபதியைத் துதித்து வழிபட்டால் வினைகள் நீங்கி, கவலைகள் தீரும் என்று முழு முதற் கடவுளாம் விநாயகப் பெருமானின் பெருமை கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது. தடைகளைத் தகர்க்கும் வல்லமை கொண்ட விநாயகரை தொழுது புதிய செயல்களைத் தொடங்கினால் வெற்றியுடன் முடியும் என்பது மக்களின் நம்பிக்கை ஆகும்.

Special Summary Revision of Electoral Rolls Schedule

As per the schedule announced by the Election Commission of India, the draft rolls of Special Summary Revision of Electoral Rolls with reference to 01.01.2016 as the qualifying date have been published in all the 234 Assembly Constituencies of Tamil Nadu today (15.09.2015) The rolls have been hosted on the website: elections.tn.gov.in

2. The total electors as per the final rolls of Special Summary Revision, 2015 published on 10.01.2015 were 5.62 crores.

3. Now, as per the draft electoral rolls of Special Summary Revision, 2016,the total electorate in Tamil Nadu is 5.66 crores.

4. The relevant part /section of the Electoral Roll will be read in the Grama Sabha / Local Bodies and Residents’ Welfare Association Meetings on 16.09.2015 and 30.09.2015 for verification of names.

5. Special Campaigns will be conducted on 20.09.2015 and 04.10.2015 which are Sundays, at the Designated Locations (generally the polling stations). Forms for inclusion/ deletion/ modification/transposition of entries in the Electoral Rolls will be available at the Designated Locations. Filled in Forms can be submitted there.

மத்திய அரசின் சமூக நீதி மற்றும் அதிகார பகிர்வளிப்பு அமைச்சகத்தின் கீழ் செயல்படும் மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கான நலத்துறை மற்றும் திறன் மேம்பாடு மற்றும் தொழில் முனைவோருக்கான அமைச்சகமும் இணைந்து புதுடெல்லியில் மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கு தொழிற்பயிற்சி வழங்கி வேலை வாய்ப்பை உருவாக்குவதற்கான தேசிய செயல் திட்டத்தினை உருவாக்கியுள்ளது. இத்திட்டத்தின்படி அடுத்த 7 வருடத்திற்குள் 2.5 மில்லியன் மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கு வேலைவாய்ப்பிற்கான தொழிற்பயிற்சியினை வழங்க திட்டமிட்டுள்ளது. இதற்கான பயிற்சி திட்டங்கள், பயிற்சி முறைகள் மற்றும் கண்காணிப்பு முறைகள் ஆகியவற்றை நவீன தகவல் தொழில் நுட்பத்தினை பயன்படுத்தி செயல்படுத்த திட்டமிட்டுள்ளது.

இரண்டு கட்ட தேசிய செயல் திட்டம்

1. முதல்கட்டமாக மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கு தொழிற்பயிற்சி வழங்க முகமைகள் மற்றும் அனுபவமும் திறமையும் மிக்க நிறுவனங்களிடமிருந்து இத்திட்டத்தில் பங்கு கொள்ளும் ஆர்வத்தினை அறியும் பொருட்டு மத்திய அமைச்சகத்தில் தங்களுடைய நிறுவனங்களை பதிவு செய்து கொள்ளுதல் வேண்டும்.

2. இரண்டாவது கட்டமாக, அவ்வாறு பதிவு செய்து கொண்ட முகமைகள் தனியாக மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கு பயிற்சி அளிக்கத் தேவையான நிதியுதவியினை கருத்துருவாக அனுப்ப வேண்டும். இது சம்மந்தமாக முழுவிவரம் இணையதளத்தில் முகவரியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கான சமஉரிமை பாதுகாப்பு சட்டம் 1995 பிரிவு 52ன் கீழ் பதிவு செய்த தொண்டு நிறுவனங்கள் இத்திட்டம் தொடர்பாக மேலும் முழு விவரங்கள் பெற இத்துறையின் இணையதளத்தில் தொடர்பு கொள்ளவும்.

Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment has in collaboration with Ministry of skill Development and Entrepreneurship launched a “National Action Plan” (NAP) for Vocational Training of Persons with Disabilities at Vigyan Bhavan New Delhi. The vocational Training plan has an ambitious target for providing skill training to 2.5 million PWD’s in next 7years and proposes to use Information Technology for content generation, training delivery and monitory of training.

“National Action Plan” – A two stage process:-

In the First stage, Department is seeking Expression of interest from training providers, having experience and expertise in providing training to PWD’S for getting empanelled with DEPwD as training partners.

In the Second stage, the empanelled training partners would submit specific proposals for skill training of PWD’s to seek financial assistance from the Department. The detailed guidelines for financial assistance are available on the Department webside, www.disabilityaffairs.gov.in
