தமிழ்நாட்டில்‌ வாழும்‌ மதம்‌ மற்றும்‌ மொழிவாரியான சிறுபான்மையினரின்‌ நலன்களைப்‌ பேணிக்‌ காத்திடவும்‌, அவர்களின்‌ உரிமைகளைப்‌ பாதுகாக்கவும்‌, கடந்த 1989ஆம்‌ ஆண்டு, டிசம்பர்‌ திங்கள்‌ 13ஆம்‌ நாள்‌ அன்று, அப்போதைய முதலமைச்சர்‌ முத்தமிழ்‌ அறிஞர்‌ கலைஞர்‌ அவர்களால்‌ தமிழ்நாடு மாநில சிறுபான்மையினர்‌ ஆணையம்‌ அமைக்கப்பட்டது. அதற்குப்‌ பிறகு, கடந்த 2010ஆம்‌ ஆண்டு, மீண்டும்‌ முத்தமிழ்‌ அறிஞர்‌ கலைஞர்‌ அவர்களால்‌ தமிழ்நாடு மாநில சிறுபான்மையினர்‌ ஆணையச்‌ சட்டம்‌, 2010 (&௦( 21 ௦4 2010)- இன்படி, சட்டபூர்வ அதிகாரம்‌ பெற்ற ஆணையமாக செயல்பட்டு வருகிறது.

தமிழ்நாடு மாநில சிறுபான்மையினர்‌ ஆணையம்‌, சிறுபான்மையினரின்‌ கல்வி, சமூக மற்றும்‌ பொருளாதார மேம்பாட்டிற்காக செயல்பட்டு வருகிறது. இந்த ஆணையத்தை மாண்புமிகு தமிழ்நாடு முதலமைச்சர்‌ திரு. மு.க. ஸ்டாலின்‌ அவர்கள்‌ திருத்தியமைத்து, அதன்‌ தலைவராக திரு. எஸ்‌. பீட்டர்‌ அல்போன்ஸ்‌ அவர்களை நியமித்து உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளார்கள்‌. திரு. எஸ்‌.பீட்டர்‌ அல்போன்ஸ்‌ அவர்கள்‌ கடந்த 1989 மற்றும்‌ 1991ல்‌ நடந்த சட்டமன்றத்‌ தேர்தல்களில்‌ தென்காசி சட்டமன்றத்‌ தொகுதியிலிருந்தும்‌, கடந்த 2006ஆம்‌ ஆண்டு நடைபெற்ற சட்டமன்றத்‌ தேர்தலில்‌ கடையநல்லூர்‌ சட்டமன்றத்‌ தொகுதியிலிருந்தும்‌ சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பினராகத்‌ தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டவர்‌ ஆவார்‌.

D.O of Requesting to Increase the Allocation of Vaccines to Tamil Nadu

 Text of the D.O. Letter No.800/CMO/2021, Dated 28.6.2021 of Thiru M.K. Stalin, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu addressed to the Hon’ble Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare, requesting to increase the allocation of vaccines to Tamil Nadu and also increase the sub-allocation of vaccines for Government Institutions to 90% :

    At the outset, I would like to thank you for accepting our request on the Union Government procuring Covid vaccines centrally and issuing them free of cost to all States for all eligible beneficiaries above 18 years of age. This decision and my government’s continuous efforts to eliminate vaccine hesitancy and transform the vaccination drive into a people’s movement, have ensured that Tamil Nadu’s daily performance of vaccination has tripled during the current month.

   The availability of vaccines has emerged as the principal constraint in the last few weeks, after the above pick up in vaccination. This is particularly significant for us since our allotment so far has been one of the lowest among the States in the country in terms of doses per thousand population. I had written to you requesting an allocation of 1 crore doses to correct the inadequate allotment in the past. This has not been done and the incremental increase in allocation for June- July is just in line with the increases made available to other States, who had got higher allotment in the past and therefore have already vaccinated more people. Hence, I reiterate that earlier request and also would like to draw your attention to another issue which requires your immediate intervention.

Considering the above issues, I request that the following steps may be immediately undertaken by the Union Government to ensure that the available vaccine resources are put to the best use possible in the shortest time:

      a) Evaluate the vaccine doses allotted to various States so far, in terms of doses allotted per thousand population and ensure that necessary compensatory allocations are made to States who have been allotted lower number of doses per capita.

       b) Revise the inter-se allocation between the government and private institutions to 90:10 as against the current allocation of 75:25.

    செங்கல்பட்டு மாவட்டம்‌, பல்லாவரம்‌ வட்டத்திற்கு உட்பட்ட குரோம்பேட்டை, நெமிலிச்சேரி அருள்மிகு ஆனந்தவள்ளி சமேத அகத்தீஸ்வரர்‌ திருக்கோயிலுக்குச்‌ சொந்தமான நிலம்‌ புல எண்‌ 5/2 - 1.49 ஏக்கர்‌ மற்றும்‌ புல எண்‌. 63 - 0.58 ஏக்கர்‌ என மொத்தம்‌ ரூ.15 கோடி மதிப்புள்ள 2.02 ஏக்கர்‌ நிலத்தில்‌ பல வருடங்களாக 11 நபர்களால்‌ வணிக நோக்கத்தில்‌ ஆக்கிரமிப்பு செய்யப்பட்டுடிருந்தது. கடந்த 2017 ம்‌ ஆண்டு இந்து சமய அறநிலையத்துறை சட்டப்பிரிவு 78-ன்‌ கீழ்‌ நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டு, கடந்த 2018-ம்‌ ஆண்டு வெளியேற்று உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கபட்டது. அதன்‌ தொடர்ச்சியாக, மேற்படி நிலத்தில்‌ உள்ள ஆக்கிரமிப்பாளர்களை அகற்ற சென்னை மாண்புமிகு உயர்நீதி மன்றம்‌, இந்து சமய அறநிலையத்துறை ஆணையர்‌ மற்றும்‌ இணை ஆணையரின்‌ உத்தரவின்படி ஆக்கிரமிப்பு அகற்ற நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட்டு, இன்று (28.06.2021) மாண்புமிகு இந்து சமய அறநிலையத்துறை அமைச்சர்‌ திரு.பி.கே.சேகர்பாபு, மாண்புமிகு ஊரக தொழில்‌ துறை அமைச்சர்‌ திரு.த.மோ.அன்பரசன்‌, பல்லாவரம்‌ சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பினர்‌ திரு.இ.கருணாநிதி, இந்து சமய அறநிலையத்துறை ஆணையர்‌ திரு. ஜெ. குமரகுருபரன்‌, இ.ஆ.ப. செங்கல்பட்டு மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர்‌ திரு.ஆ.ர.ராகுல்நாத்‌ இ.ஆ.ப., ஆகியோர்‌ முன்னிலையில்‌ ஆக்கிரமிப்புகள்‌ அகற்றப்பட்டன.

இந்து சமய அறநிலையத்துறை காஞ்சிபுரம்‌ மண்டல இணை ஆணையர்‌ திரு. ஜெயராமன்‌, செங்கல்பட்டு உதவி ஆணையர்‌ திருமதி கவேனிதா, திருக்கோயில்‌ செயல்‌ அலுவலர்‌ திரு.சக்தி மற்றும்‌ பணியாளர்கள்‌ ரூ.15 கோடி மதிப்புள்ள 2.02 ஏக்கர்‌ பரப்பு ஆக்கிரமிப்புகளை அகற்றி நிலத்தை திருக்கோயில்‌ வசம்‌ கொண்டுவந்தனர்‌.
