Honble Chief Minister launched an online portal and a website of CREDAI at Secretariat.
Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI) National, is an apex body representing and uniting the Developers fraternity across the nation.
An integral part of the CREDAI National, CREDAI Tamilnadu is a chapter representing the State of TamilNadu. An association representing the five significant city chapters of the State viz. Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai , Erode and Trichy with a total membership strength of over 294 active associates, augmenting the common interest of the developers fraternity.
The focal of the association is to:
- Represent the property development network under one umbrella and establish smooth flow of business.
- Represent and Safeguard the interest of the members, endorse practice of standard Operating Procedures.
- A conduit between the Developers fraternity and the Government for formulation of pre-emptive, responsive and effective policies.
- Associates in achieving regulated development and building enhanced metropolis.
- Channel partners in achieving the goal of Affordable Housing for all by 2022
- Adherence of the Code of Conduct imposed and laid down by CREDAI National to maintain integrity and transparency.
